How Queue Systems Function

1 Obtain a Queue Ticket

Queue tickets are available as paper or digital formats. On-site customers can collect paper tickets from kiosks or tabletop dispensers. Those with appointments can check in by entering their phone number or scanning a QR code from their confirmation email. Remote queuing is possible via a customer portal, mobile app, or QR code scan. 2 Waiting
